My passion for art began when I was really young, since then growing and blossoming into the great little business I have created for myself today. DO YOU TAKE COMISSIONS?
Yes! I absolutely do. If you'd like to get in contact with me because you have a particular colour scheme in mind to fit with your interior, then please feel free to contact me on rachel.artstudios@gmail.com to discuss this further. I will provide you with all the information you need to know.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
All my paintings are created using high quality acrylic paints on a very sturdy, durable canvas. The painting is then finished with a matte finishing spray, to keep your painting vibrant and protected to last.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately I don't accept refunds or returns due to the nature of my business, which is mainly based on commissions.
HOW LONG DO COMMISSIONED PIECES TAKE TO MAKE?
A comissioned piece will commence once the deposit has been received. The deposit is half the total of the overall price of the piece. I will then collect the material straight away and begin to paint. This takes around two days for me to do. It then takes a further 5 - 7 days to dry as a lot of paint is used through this process. Once the painting is fully dry it will be packaged up and sent off via tracked postage. Alternatively you can pick the item up from my location if this is practical for you.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payments can be made online, just email rachel.artstudios@gmail.com to discuss this process further. If you are near to my location and are able to pick up, cash is also accepted.
